Online appointment booking
The online appointment booking amount is ₹150, reflecting a ₹50 online prepaid discount from the regular ₹200 booking amount. An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by the booking system.
The booking amount is non-refundable. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
Website and service usage
This website provides information about the clinic and enables appointment requests and related services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, availability, or other users.
Website information is general in nature. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, emergency service, or substitute for an individual medical consultation.
Appointments
You must provide accurate, current contact and booking information. Incorrect details may prevent the clinic from confirming or communicating about your appointment.

Consultation, treatment suitability, procedure selection, expected outcomes, and treatment pricing remain subject to assessment by the treating doctor or qualified clinical professional.
Payments and rescheduling
Online payments are processed through an authorized payment gateway. Payment completion remains subject to gateway and banking-system confirmation.
Requests to reschedule must reach the clinic at least 24 hours before the booked appointment. Requests received later may not be accommodated.
