Information used with care
We use booking information to arrange services, communicate with you, process transactions, maintain appropriate records, and operate the website. We do not use this booking plugin to store full card or UPI credentials.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, phone number, city, appointment date and time, selected service or concern, and booking and payment references.
Basic website technologies may also collect technical information such as browser or device details, cookies, and usage or security data where applicable.
How information is used
Information may be used to manage and confirm appointments, communicate about bookings or clinic services, respond to requests, process payments, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet reasonable operational or legal requirements.
Payments and service providers
Razorpay or another authorized payment provider receives the payment information required to process a transaction. Payment processing is also subject to the provider’s own privacy practices.
The booking plugin should retain transaction references needed for confirmation and support, but should not store full card numbers, full UPI credentials, or online-banking credentials.
Information is shared with clinic service providers or payment providers only where reasonably necessary to deliver the relevant function, or where disclosure is required by law.
Security and retention
The clinic uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for appointments, support, accounting, dispute handling, operational needs, and applicable legal requirements, after which it should be securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Your choices and policy updates
You may contact the clinic to request access to or correction of your information, or to ask about deletion where the request can be honored subject to record-keeping and legal requirements.
This policy may be updated when clinic practices, website features, providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
