₹150 appointment booking amount
The online prepaid amount includes a ₹50 discount from the regular ₹200 booking amount. The appointment booking amount is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may request rescheduling by contacting the clinic at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling remains subject to available appointment slots.
Late cancellation and no-show
A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the booked appointment, does not qualify for a refund of the booking amount.
If the clinic cannot provide the appointment
If the clinic cancels or cannot provide the booked appointment, it will offer an appropriate alternative appointment. Where rescheduling is not suitable and a refund is eligible, the clinic will arrange refund handling to the original payment method where practicable.
Any eligible refund is subject to payment-gateway and bank processing. The time taken for funds to appear depends on the relevant provider or bank; the clinic does not promise a fixed processing period.
